I can't begin to describe how bad this apartment is. Don't be sold on the kitchen. (Which is extremely nice). The apartment building is old. Each step you take is followed by a creeky sound. I tip toe around just to be nice to the guy downstairs. When I moved in the carpet was dirty and although the guy that showed me the apartment said that it would be cleaned prior to me moving in(I moved in 1 month after they showed it to me) it wasn't. 5 stars - friendly neighborhood - great location (lot's of great restaurants within walking or short driving distance including Richardson's, the Rokerij, Moto, Phoenix City Grille, Paradise Bakery, The Vig, Zipps Sports Grill, Babbo, etc etc.) - apartments are brand new and very, very nice - all of the people who work here are really great as well - I would highly recommend the 10th Street Palms.
Love this Place! – The nicest apartments in the area, maybe in Phoenix. Love the area, really an up and coming trendy place. Beautiful apartments, very nice people (management and residents). Conveniently located in a great neighborhood. I have live in this area for quite a while and would recommend the 10th Street Palms as the best spot I've lived in or even visited. A must "see for yourself".
We Concur! – After a nightmarish year in North Scottsdale, we chose 10th Street Palms over 3 or 4 other prospects and could not be happier. The other reviews are spot on... fab location, well kept, clean, friendly neighbors, quite, the price was great and our luxury updates are gorgeous... the list goes on. We love it here and have recommended to a few friends who we hope will be moving in too.
Beautiful – These apartments are beautiful. The flooring, the countertops, etc. Very affordable too. I found the office staff to also be very helpful. If you are lookng for an apartment in central Phoenix, you should check this place out!
Diamond in the Rough – We were looking for a centrally located apartment and came across a listing for 10th Street Palms on Craigslist. Initially I was not sure about the area, but after checking it out and talking to a few friends I was assured that this is a great area, and am glad I listened! If you are new or have never been to the Central Avenue Corridor area, make sure you give it a peak.
