Coach Rey Rey & Cece break down jitz fundamentals in a way that’s easily digestible and can be regurgitated after just one class. Obviously you must practice, practice, practice, but it’s best when you have the right instructors pointing you in the right direction so your practice is practical and effective. I joined 10th Planet NYC a bit over 2 years ago as a complete beginner. During that time, I've only had positive experiences with all the team mates I've trained with. The gym prioritizes safety and hygiene which is a must for this sport. Teaching is high quality and there is a solid community of folks to train with on the regular. I've visited a number of different gyms during my travels and the vibes here are unmatched.
