TLDR: Sold me a lemon. Has critical issues that are difficult if not impossible to detect in the test drive window they give you. The vehicle also did not pass North Carolina's Safety and Emission inspection. This was not disclosed to me and even if it was I doubt it is legal to sell a vehicle that didn't pass inspection. Vehicle purchased was a 2015 Chevy Cruze LT with 149,000 miles on it. TLDR: Sold me a lemon. Has critical issues that are difficult if not impossible to detect in the test drive window they give you. The vehicle also did not pass North Carolina's Safety and Emission inspection. This was not disclosed to me and even if it was it is not legal to sell a vehicle that didn't pass inspection. They also included two other inspection forms for this vehicle from earlier dates that did pass inspection to throw me off. I picked up a car here and signed some final documents in their office. The manager was pretty rude to the employee that was helping me. Poor thing was balancing three customers while he was very condescending to her all while lounging around himself. *BUYERS BEWARE! PURCHASE ELSEWHERE** - I financed a car from JT Auto Group/10orLess about a month ago (2019 Chevy Spark.) Since DAY 1 I have had non stop issues with my vehicle, within the first 24 hours I called this company back to let them know the car was shaking while driving (this did not happen during test drive.) I was then told I had to wait TWO WEEKS to even be seen by THEIR (JT Auto Group’s) Service Department an hour away.
