*BUYERS BEWARE! PURCHASE ELSEWHERE** - I financed a car from JT Auto Group/10orLess about a month ago (2019 Chevy Spark.) Since DAY 1 I have had non stop issues with my vehicle, within the first 24 hours I called this company back to let them know the car was shaking while driving (this did not happen during test drive.) I worked with Ashley on buying my new Sonata Hybrid. She was quick, professional, and patient. I kept running into hurdles (debit card expired, dealing with insurance, etc) all on a dying phone. Then, I made her stay a little past closing time (sorry Ashley!!) when I finally got everything pulled together. I’m glad I was able to work with someone down to earth and ready to explain everything I needed. Thanks Ashley for all your help!!!!
