First and foremost they are 1 of the least expensive shop rates I've ever found period. Secondly the owner and staff are extremely helpful and straight forward with any and everything, especially in regards to option you may have for a fix.
These guys are very knowledgeable. I have had 3 of my vehicles in their shop. Each time, I am impressed with their thoroughness and workmanship. There are times when even the dealership can't solve an issue. 10mm Customs seems to get answers without hesitation or excuses and are very accurate and affordable. Thank you for acknowledging the void you fill and being available for us!
Everybody I interacted with was nice and polite. Work got done quick. Fair prices. Things they did that I personally like from a mechanic, that not all mechanics will do - Didn't do any work until communicating with me after the diagnostic. -Explained what was wrong with the car and what was done to fix it in detail. - Gave an itemized bill at the end showing the costs of all the parts needed and the cost of labor. - Did not try to upsell me one bit at all.
These people have no idea what they're doing.
