Love 10 gym and mostly their costumer service. The people are amazing welcoming. Sadly had to move away but definitely recommend it to everyone!
I am a disability and I felt very attacked. I have extreme anxiety and depression. I was trying to be by myself every single time I was in there, but I felt very threatened and now I’m trying to get out of my contract that it hasn’t been 45 days to complete my contract. They are asking me to pay in full the $87 to get out of this contract even though I have not paid the $54 I have very real paperwork that I am a disability and when I try to prove it to them, they do not believe me so now I have to pay the $87. Best gym in Fort Smith!!
10GYM is my favorite gym. It’s 24 hours, so it allows me to come in whenever is convenient for me. The staff are amazing and Michael, the manager, is awesome!
One of the best investments I’ve made, especially in myself. The staff are friendly and the gym is clean with a wide variety of equipment. Highly recommend !
