This place has been great since joining especially with it being 24/7 it helps me because I work nights and this is only 10 minutes from my job so very convenient. All the equipment is very nice and the environment is really welcoming and doesn't feel judgy. The personal training program is great too ever since I started with Jim I've been feeling more and more motivated and he's very intuned on helping me and very engaging when it comes to the sessions. Love 10gym!!! I've been at other gyms before but I would give up going after a little while. 10gym is the total opposite, I feel encouraged when I go there and the machines, weights, and group classes are great! Jim at 10gym is an amazing personal trainer! He's so knowledgeable about the exercises that will work best for your "problem areas". While working out at 10 gym as a 61 year old female, I was approached by one of the personal trainers for Lighthouse Fitness at 10 Gym. His name is Jim. He basically ask me a few questions about my workout and I answered that I really didn’t feel like I was doing anything significant and felt like I was wasting my time. I love the gym, equipment, atmosphere, as well as the hospitality from the staff. I haven’t had any other gyms meet up to half of the support that i’ve gotten since I've started. Thanks 10gym.
