UPDATE: Lowering my rating for now because the past few months the locker/shower area has been pretty dirty when I went in on several occasions. Also, the sauna in the men's locker room has been broken for a month or so, it keeps getting "fixed" then is back out of service in the next day or two. The availability of a sauna is one of the biggest reasons I chose this gym over the many others in the area. Would be nice if the faulty equipment would actually get replaced and be reliable again, also the sauna is in pretty desper... read more
Good amount of machines, friendly staff and overall good environment with good variety of workouts & machines.

This gym is great! The staff is friendly, lockers and bathrooms stay clean, and it’s never overly crowded. The Kids Zone staff is awesome—super kind and great with the kids. It’s also a safe, trustworthy spot; I lost something once and it was turned in to the front desk right away. Highly recommend!
The staff are very friendly. The equipment/ machines are the best in fort smith and the culture is also one of the best in the town
