Just had my first session with Norm. I wont lie i did not want to be there but i had an amazing time. I am looking forward to the plan Norm has to transform my life and body. Stop thinking about it and just do it!
PLEASE update the locker rooms. It's a decent gym for those not wanting to go to a super busy place but the showers need to be redone. Having more than one dusty fan in the locker room would be nice too. It would bring in more business for sure
Horrible airflow and staff issues. Old mildew and humidity problems. They desperately need fans in the free weight room. There are better gyms around. Don’t waste your time or money here.
I had a great experience with the front desk on getting me signed for membership. As for Norm he was amazing in showing me a few of his exercises to make me Lose the weight and keep it off dietary plans and an all-around great budget plan!! 10/10 would recommend.
My workout with Norm is a positive, intense and productive experience. Definitely worth it.
