I'm sharing this review as I'm about to vacate one of their properties, 109 Gold St in Brooklyn, due to the end of my covid deal, as a lot of are these days. First I want to say that the current super, Arben, and his wife Marika, are wonderful. Marika takes care of the building day-to-day. They are the reason I'm giving the third star. 1. The management, The Pinnacle Group Inc., is just okay. It's hard to communicate with them clearly. You'll get information days later, piecemeal.
