Just had 1066 Pools insist on payment by bank transfer rather than by credit card for a part with a long lead time. It's fine to prefer payment by bank transfer but poor service to insist on it when they are unable to reliably source the part and want payment up front. Could do better.
During the recent collection of a tub from Woking and the subsequent physically and logistically difficult delivery and positioning, plus the removal of an old and battered predecessor, 1066's people could not have been more helpful. Timekeeping and information flow was good, and the two staff involved worked hard and diligently throughout the day, taking much care of the new equipment and using much initiative, attention to details and huge effort to shift the old. Excellent service. The pool engineer was knowledgeable and very efficient. I would highly recommend using this company.
Amazing help, via email and over the phone. A lovely gentleman was sent out to clean and service our hot tub, then he spent time showing me how to work it and how to look after it. Will definitely be using again and would certainly recommend:)
