If i can give it no star i would. Worst customer service I have ever had i have been waiting for over 2 hours with my daughters to get an alignment done and have yet to see my car touched. We had no ware to sit it was freezing outside and noone cared to inform me anything. I will not recommend and will not be coming back

Completely shady. they say it is a 45 dollar alignment but they'll give you another thing that's wrong and make you pay for something you may not need. STAY away from the queens location people. they leer people in with the cheap alignment & make up something wrong with your car that is completely outrageous. I went to a midas they were going to do the alignment for $100 no other problems with the tires. I go there they told me I need a $500 front fix and THEY DIDN'T EVEN LOOK UNDER THE CAR.
