Arnaque ! J’ai réservé sur booking. La dame m'informe dernière minutes que le logement pas disponible. Elle me change d'endroit pour plus grand d'après ce qu'elle dit. J'arrive et c'est absolument pas comme sur les photos. C'est sale et en ruine. J’ai récupéré les clés dans un buisson. Bref J’ai trop a dire. C'était Assez spécial... Regardez vous même les images.
Building is owned by Group Mercer: avoid renting here. A security deposit is asked (illegal), and kept, units are smaller than adverised, packages get stolen, ants infestations in the building, walls are paper thin, homeless people often get in and vandalize the place. One of the elevator has been broken for over a year now. Management is generally unreliable, and is only seeking to maximize profit per unit. Only upside is the location, but you can find lots of better places close by.
