I loved the energy in the room. So peaceful, and the music matched the class. Earthy smell, which I liked. Instructor was so welcoming and assisted in corrections, which is so important but one wrong move and ouch. Micor movements in the body, ex: straight back, stretches small muscles. We also had time to play with poses. Loved the cold lavender face towels at the end of class. There’s aerial yoga here too (need special aerial socks)

This was my first class, i lucked up and was the only one to show up to class so it became a 1on1. I haven’t done yoga in a long time but Dasha made sure to give me some hands on training! I really appreciate her making me feel welcomed and comfortable! I will definitely be back for more classes!

I love this studio! The atmosphere is nice, stylish, clean and relaxing. I am now a regular in Bikram Yoga (the Original Hot Yoga 90 taught by Mauri) because it is such an effective, challenging, yet peaceful class and I love how Mauri leads it. I feel so much better after the class each week. I look forward to it every week and to going to their other classes too!

I really like this place! The vibe is great, the instructors are knowledgeable, and the studio is always very clean. It’s a welcoming environment, and I always enjoy my classes here. Highly recommend it!

Denise was AMAZING for our aerial yoga class! Victor helped check us in and everything was amazing. I will be back.
