I am a novice to yoga but I am obsessed with Surrender. Classes led by Becky are amazing. Tonight in particular I mentioned before class that I injured my hip. She took the time to adjust my positioning to ensure I was getting the most benefit out of my stretch without creating any pain. 10.40.10 truly feels like home! The people, the coaches, the whole community make every visit something I look forward to. Yoga Tone with AD has become my favorite—it leaves me feeling strong, energized, and at peace. And with the new yoga loft on the way, it honestly feels like a dream come true

Ethan was amazing! His ability to push you that extra 10-20% you didn’t think you had in you is brilliant. He’s always coming up with creative ways to torture you! But in the best way possible- in a way that builds muscles and builds strong minds ans mobility!
