We are a Veteran owned and operated group fitness gym which focuses on functional fitness workouts. We simplify fitness into 10 minutes of warm-up, 40 minutes of strength and stamina training, and 10 minutes of muscle decompression. Our coaches and employees are a mix of elite Veterans, First responders, and Athletes. I am a novice to yoga but I am obsessed with Surrender. Classes led by Becky are amazing. Tonight in particular I mentioned before class that I injured my hip. She took the time to adjust my positioning to ensure I was getting the most benefit out of my stretch without creating any pain. Ethan was amazing! His ability to push you that extra 10-20% you didn’t think you had in you is brilliant. He’s always coming up with creative ways to torture you! But in the best way possible- in a way that builds muscles and builds strong minds ans mobility!
