Mike Le. 3x i was rescheduled. All 3x it scheduled with Mike, yes hes retiring, yes you confirmed my appointment with him all 3x when rescheduling due to your end and because accommodation, final day i sat there because i was told the wait would be an hour which is normal and worth the wait to say farewell to your final days at the office. Nearly 3 hours passed as i hear Mike open up the door and call 3 people who came in after me even though i had an appointment. They took my CC info to pay for them to file my return, I submitted all my documents well before 4/15, and I haven't heard a thing from them. I've emailed and called 10, 20, 30 times. Seriously concerned.
