10.4 has finally made me get back to the gym - with Umangs PT sessions and his programs that really integrate into my lifestyle, by far the best experience I've had at any gym. The value for price is fantastic and love their app + body scans that actually help me track progress. Love your work guys.
Great Gym, super chill environment and never too crowded
Highly recommend this gym and personal training with Josh. I’d never been to a gym before but I have been made feel comfortable with the experience. Josh is very knowledgeable and great with people.
Loving my time here. It’s got a cool vibe and the trainers actually care about your progress. Workouts are always challenging but not over the top, and there’s heaps of variety so it never gets boring. The gear’s in great nick, the place is always clean, and the crew are super welcoming.
