I've been with Jay for yeeeeaaaaarss! I will never go anywhere else! Jay, Tiffany, John, and the whole crew are always on point and amazing. Nail salon is always clean and everyone is friendly. I bring ideas and they go above and beyond each set. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Lucky Star Nail Salon is one of a kind. I do gel everytime I come. I push my fill-ins by 3 weeks and my nails still hold up and do not chip or break. Jay does a really great job and I have been going to him for over 10 years. Clean place and they take their time to ensure you walk away happy. Very reasonable price. Try it you won’t be disappointed, I never am.
The worst customer service. Started with John then went on to V because John was too busy according to him. Gave him another chance I tried Grace. She’s a very nice girl, but she did my nails on Tuesday. I was back there on Thursday to fix my nails. I call them so they could fix my nails and of course I’m not returning to them again.
It was fine. John was quick and my nails were shaped well. I wanted a design he could not execute due to limited supplies of chrome. I got the sense they don't do extravagant designs.
