I’ve been extremely happy with what this gym has brought to my life The coaches always make me feel welcome and are easy to talk to with our safety at the forefront My favorite part about the gym is the classes and community that push myself to see what I’m truly capable of
A+ for Programming, A++ for Coaches! I typically dislike trying out new gyms, but my experience at this gym was exceptional. Shelby, in particular, went above and beyond to create a welcoming and non-intimidating environment. The coaches ensure that workouts are done correctly and provide alternative ways if needed. I highly recommend this gym for both its programming and outstanding coaching staff!
This place will really change yout life. Highly recommend
As far as gyms go, the equipment is very limited and lacking. Most of the few machines they have are difficult to adjust due to rust and age. The membership costs are ridiculously high for the equipment present.
