Don't trust them at all. In 2022- I made an investment which had a holding period of 2 years. Even after 2.5 years I cannot come out of it after several follow-ups. I need to file complaint at SEC.gov, Attorney General's office and other agencies. Moreover 1031 Crowdfunding often pass the blame to others. Ed Farnando cannot be trusted - he has false advertisement to somehow get customers/investors.
