It was my first time at this salon and the first time visiting a salon in 5 years! I just moved downtown and my ends were STRUGGLING and needed some professional TLC! I had the worst experience ever at 1027 Hair Lounge. I arrived at 9:45a today and my appointment was at 10:00am. I didn’t receive any greeting but everyone else who walked in did. Finally one person said hi and asked if I had an appointment because she thought I was waiting with someone. I told her I had an appointment and she called the braider who then called me.
