Awesome place
This is what I wanted in a 💪 gym
Excellent instruction, knowledgeable staff, family friendly environment. George helped me tremendously rehab my knees and old shoulder injuries where other coaches couldn't. Music is positive, and you never hear any profanity. We love this gym!
