Do not hire David Howard! He is a crook!! On April 20,2021 I gave 1027 Builders a check of $20,000.00 as a deposit to replace windows and doors at my house that is being renovated. He told me it would take 3 months, to this day no windows nor doors! He does not answer my calls or texts. He just disappeared with my money! I wish I could add photos of my property and the check given to him because I am probably sure he is going to deny ! I am in the process of taking legal actions against him to get my money back!

1027 Builders did a fantastic job (1) transforming our cold & boring makeshift exercise room into a supercool kids playspace which is now everyone's favorite room in our home; and (2) building what we call a "stroller garage" in our foyer so seamlessly that you'd never know it wasn't there originally. Their whole team was respectful, hard-working, efficient and communicative.
