I visited this studio only once. I was looking for Pilates studios nearby, and they offered a good deal — 5 classes for $60. At first, I couldn’t book a class for several days. The issue is that I can’t always plan a day in advance because I had a breastfed baby and I never know for sure if I’ll be able to attend. West Melbourne에서 필라테스 찾다가 방문했는데 정말 만족스러웠어요. 스튜디오 위치도 좋고 내부가 깔끔하고 쾌적해서 운동하기 편한 환경이었어요. 강사님이 동작 하나하나 자세를 정말 꼼꼼하게 봐주시고, 개인 체형에 맞게 조정해주셔서 초보자인 저도 부담 없이 수업을 받을 수 있었습니다. 수업 후에는 몸이 한결 가벼워지고, 특히 허리와 어깨가 많이 풀린 느낌이었어요. 소수정예 수업이라 집중도 잘 되고, 운동 효과도 확실해서 West Melbourne 필라테스 중에서 퀄리티 높은 곳이라고 느꼈습니다!! 101 필라테스에서 처음 필라테스를 시작했던건데 엄청 만족했네용 운동 제대로 하고 싶은 분들께 추천드려요!

오늘 레이첼 선생님과 첫 수업 이었는데, 운동 하는 내내 분위기도 너무 좋았고, 굉장히 친절하셨고 운동을 전문적으로 가르쳐 주셔서 더 신뢰가가고 좋았습니다!! 무엇보다 한국인 선생님 분이라 영어와 한국어도 같이 해주셔서 좀 더 좋았어요 :-)

I’ve been taking Rachel’s classes for a few months now, including private sessions, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. She is always so cheerful and kind, and her positive energy instantly makes me feel happy and motivated.
