Love this place for reformer Pilates, especially Minju’s classes I’m still a beginner and because of small class sizes she can really focus on each person and give us adjustments or help when needed. She also has a really warm and friendly personality which makes me comfortable and want to keep coming back!!

다른 도시로 이사 가게 되어서 떠나지만, 2달 필라테스로 복근과 허리라인을 만들어주신 강사님들 감사합니다!! 운동의 운자도 몰랐었는데, 필라테스라는 맞는 운동을 찾았어요!! 평소에도 갈비뼈를 열고 다니고, 병원에서 허리가 앞쪽으로 꺾여있다고 고쳐야 한다고 했었는데, 처음에는 강사님들이 갈비뼈를 닫으라는 게 대체 무슨 소리이지 했었는데 계속해서 자세를 잡아주시고 어떤 느낌으로 해야 할지 주시니 평소 자세도 많이 고쳐지고 몸이 탄탄해졌습니다! 강사님들도 리셉셔니스트분들도 친절하시고 추천합니다!

Beautiful studio with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It’s the perfect place for anyone looking to start Pilates. As a beginner, I’m so glad I joined 101 Pilates. The instructors are amazing, attentive, supportive, and great at correcting form while encouraging you throughout each class

I visited this studio only once. I was looking for Pilates studios nearby, and they offered a good deal — 5 classes for $60. At first, I couldn’t book a class for several days. The issue is that I can’t always plan a day in advance because I had a breastfed baby and I never know for sure if I’ll be able to attend. Their system closes bookings 6 hours before the class, even if there are spots available. So you can’t decide an hour before — you have to plan well in advance.
