We bought a box of Premium ink cartridge tried 3 of the black first 2 poor print, ( streaks and light areas ) the 3rd cartridge leaked. I cleaned best I could but now with a factory cartridge the streaks are still there and so bad the words are not readable. So at this point I need a new printer,
I have used this company for toner replacement cartridges for several years. My office is in New Mexico. I have saved a considerable amount by working with them. They have always been courteous, helpful and sent the product very promptly. The cartridges are always 100% full. I use several toner companies. You do have to order the right cartridge. That is your responsibility. I had a cartridge that wouldn't fit but rather than return it, I modified it with a knife and it worked fine. I would give this company an A+, 5 stars. ... read more
