Very clean and inviting. Simply the perfect environment. The owner, trainers AND clients are non judge-mental and supportive! Dwight is knowledgeable and motivating. He takes the time initially to discover your "wants" and then checks in frequently to make sure they are being met. The trainers here are the best ~ Dwight and Melinda are knowledgeable and professional. They switch up the workouts so that each session is unique to your needs and areas you want to work on. I highly recommend Focus Fitness!

This gym has an amazing set up that has everything you could possibly need all in one place for the best work out! Workouts are tailored to your body to show maximum results. Everyone there is friendly, helpful and the best part about it, there is no judgement whatsoever! I’ve been working out at Focus Fitness for a year and a half now. Dwight and Melinda are excellent trainers. The workouts are challenging and fun. They have pushed me and helped me to achieve many of my fitness goals.
