Leaking Apartment, Cracked Ceilings – Not Acceptable for $3,500/Month We’ve had an active leak in our apartment for several months now — in both the living room and one of the bedrooms. Every time it rains, water seeps in and the apartment gets wet. The ceiling is now cracking, and pieces are falling near the window and onto the floor.
