I had a very disappointing experience with 101 Repair and I feel it’s important to share this so others can be aware before using their services. First of all, their customer service is honestly terrible. From the very beginning, communication was extremely poor. The office was rude rude rude,I told them that a long time had passed before they called me, I told them in a nice, polite way, and the girl raised her voice at me and hung up. It was a terrible experience. They reassigned me to this company again, but I rejected it this time because they are very rude, especially the girl who makes the appointments. I'm with First American Home Warranty,so sorry for the review but i have to be honest
Refuse this company at ALL costs of your warranty provider tries to use them. And do NOT use them in your own. They never have any times you are available open, in fact it took them over a month and me calling multiple times to even get an appointment. Open ticket for over 2 months on a microwave. Still not fixed they didn’t even want to take photos for the warranty company. In fact they did not upload the pics I made them take per warranty company.
