this company is awful. Had a technician come out for our dishwasher that wasn't working properly. Immediately blamed it on a mouse problem due to some mouse droppings under our dishwasher and said our warranty company wouldn't cover it. Fast forward to now, our oven is literally catching fire when I cook, setting off our carbon monoxide detector. Our warranty company sent out the same technician. I don’t recommend their service is horrible. They said they fixed my fridge, but did nothing, and demandding cash. They’re super rude don’t use this service.
Very poor communication. Our home warranty company is contracted with them and we have cancelled our home warranty company based on this companies poor service and lack of communication.
