Refuse this company at ALL costs of your warranty provider tries to use them. And do NOT use them in your own. They never have any times you are available open, in fact it took them over a month and me calling multiple times to even get an appointment. Open ticket for over 2 months on a microwave. Still not fixed they didn’t even want to take photos for the warranty company. In fact they did not upload the pics I made them take per warranty company. They couldnt fix a washer noise. They have been rescheduling for a month they gave me a date a day before Christmas the 24th. Lets see if they show up or talk.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM. They have set the benchmark for incompetence of management, and work. If you want your to NEVER get fixed work with them. I have a 3 appliance repair open with them via my home warranty provider, and for 60 days now, and none of the appliance have been fixed, and they are telling the Home warranty company that the appliance are fixed. Absolutely incompetent
The office was rude, uncooperative. I was available 7 days a week except Wed./Fri from 2 to 4. They refused to schedule, said they only serviced my area from 1-6. I was not allowed to secure an Apmt. My Home Warranty Company was able to schedule my appointment on a Friday from 4 to 6 with a promise to call when on the way. 2 men arrived at 2:26 in an unmarked vehicle demanding entrance.
