Assigned by First American to repair our washing machine. First visit repairman says it’s a mother board. But the part wasn’t ordered until FA had to contact them. Terrible customer service, they rarely answer their phone and are rude. Second visit by the same repairman he installed the motherboard. Machine sounded like it was spinning gravel. Company is horrible they were supposed to be back to fix my dishwasher in 7 days I'm going on 28 days they keep saying the part is not in and No one answers the phone left about 40 messages with not one return if I could give them negative 5 stars I would wost service ever
Customer's BEWARE - Samantha who answer's phones - worst customer service!! She told me technician finished early and could not wait till my scheduled appointment time. I ended up saying fine, I will be there in 5 minutes and she said, oh he already left the area. What's the point of having an appointment when the company can't even uphold that !! Read the reviews, all true ....
