A great company to work with—highly recommended if you're looking to install stairlifts. We had two used chairs installed that developed issues, and they responded quickly to repair them. Very kind and attentive service.

My family's 11 year old stair lift just stopped working. I called and spoke with Cathy, who was professional and friendly. Understanding my family's desperate needs, she arranged an appointment for us in 2 days. Grant, who was equally friendly, professional, accommodating, knowledgeable, and courteous, he had to call the manufacturer for some info but it was already after hours, so he offered to come back the very next day on a Saturday. Our home stairlift stop functioning after 5 years, I was able to book an appointment for service the next day after phone discussion on the stairlift issue. The repair was completed with good explanation of the issue. We appreciate the quick service arrangement and repair as my dad won't be able to go upstairs' bedroom + bath until the stairlift is fixed. Thank you!
