I had to purchase stair assist and it was very expensive as I got quotes from the city. Most companies did not care about service and cost yet this franchise operator scoured their inventory and contacts to find an outdoor unit and 5 more inside. They asked if returns or rentals were ok .. we said yes as long as it was clean and functional. It saved us over half with install. We did not have enough money to buy new. Turns out the lift is very secure, functional and easy to use. Staff were very professional and so quick with the install. Such a joy to work with this company. All derails were made very clear, leaving me with absolutely no worries. I love my new lift and highly recommend them. Robyn G.

101Mobility installed 3 second hand stair lifts in our place as well as grab bars in two bathrooms. Installation of the stair lifts was done within one day by 2 people. Everything was fine. Great communication and installation. The grab bars were also installed at a different time few days after. We are pleased with the installation, communication and price. The addition of the stair lifts makes it easier to climb our 3 flights of stairs. Will recommend 101Mobility for the supply and the installation.
