I have dealt with 101 Mobility for two years. I had my curved stairlift serviced. Their service is wonderful. Kathi who makes appointments is very happy sounding and a pleasure to talk to. Grant serviced my unit and went above and beyond in helping me with a perennial problem I have experienced. He is friendly ,personable and very professional. I would recommend the company to any of my closest friends and family.

Grant and Cathy are great to work with. Before and after service have been wonderful. If you need a stairlift or elevator installed I recommend them.

I had to purchase stair assist and it was very expensive as I got quotes from the city. Most companies did not care about service and cost yet this franchise operator scoured their inventory and contacts to find an outdoor unit and 5 more inside. They asked if returns or rentals were ok .. we said yes as long as it was clean and functional. It saved us over half with install. We did not have enough money to buy new. We were never bullied or pressured to make a decision. They were fair and honest to us. They are a couple who ... read more
