Our home stairlift stop functioning after 5 years, I was able to book an appointment for service the next day after phone discussion on the stairlift issue. The repair was completed with good explanation of the issue. We appreciate the quick service arrangement and repair as my dad won't be able to go upstairs' bedroom + bath until the stairlift is fixed. Thank you!
I'm impressed with the simple design of my stairlift, and how smoothly it operates. The team at 101 Mobility did an excellent job of installing it and explaining how to use it.

I requested a service call via Grant at 101. Their service technician, Guillaume came out to look at both the stair lifts that we have. As usual, he was fast, curious and addressed the issue. Excellent service.
