Brian was great , meet with us and figured out the best lift for our needs. Didn’t try to UPSALE us. Installation went smoothly and they kept the area clean. Equipment that was installed is sturdy and sleek doesn’t take up much space in the stair way. Overall great service
Do NOT order SERVICE from these clowns. They will bill you for COVERED WARRENTEE on your BRUEN STAIR. They don"t keep their service people supplied with proper parts to complete their service calls the first trip. They WILL come back a second time and CHARGE you again for their mistake of not having parts the first trip. Joe, Maricopa, AZ
They are wonderful to work with. They kept in communication with me when there was a delivery issue and made sure to arrange a couple of alternate dates, which we did not need. These guys were great to work with.
