We had a stair lift installed two years ago for our disabled adult son. The lift was custom fitted to our curved staircase and is still going strong. Carlos and Desmond were the installers and did a great job. This was their first curved staircase and their attention to detail made this install a winner for us.
I had a great experience during a stressful time working with Santiago. He was very responsive to my needs, seemed genuinely concerned for what my family was going through.
They were very professional from start to finish, and the installers were neat and courteous. Everything was explained in detail about the stairlift and how to use it. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. A very pleasant experience dealing with them!!
