I am greatly appreciative of several times that 101 Mobility has resoved my problems with our Bruno stair chair. They respond quickly and are even willing to travel several miles to my home. I live in a two story home and my wife with physical limitations is very dependant on her chair. 101 Mobility provides quick and excellent support. They truely understand people with mobility needs. This ramp is going to be so helpful! Hubby gets out infrequently because of fear of falling down our front steps and because his (old) transport chair was so heavy and unwieldy. I shopped around and got four quotes for a Harmar SL300 stair lift. Cammelle and Scott from the local 101 Mobility store were great; it was a pleasure dealing with them from start to finish. They were friendly and professional throughout the transaction, offered a very competitive quote with no pressure to buy, and delivered and installed the stair lift on time with no problems.
