I purchased an outdoor stairlift from 101 Mobility in December of 2021. The installation & use of the lift were very satisfactory. Recently, I decided to clean up the lift that had been sitting unused four years, since the passing of the person for whom it was originally needed. It wouldn't move so I called 101 Mobility for service. After thoroughy checking out the unit, the tecnician confirmed both internal batteries were dead from lack of use. Ben and Cammelle are friendly and wonderful! We shopped with a few different companies, but Ben was very caring and empathetic to my parents needs. We’re glad we gave the business to Ben and his team. My parents are very happy with their new stairlift!
The installation was very smooth without the slightest glitch. The only thing that didn’t happen as expected was the arrival of the product to their store. Once it was installed they showed me how to operate the lift and proceeded to explain it again to my wife, since she wasn’t present for the initial demonstration..
