101 mobility was the only company out of three we asked for certain information in writing where they delivered in a very timely manner. Sales representative was not a hard sell and easy to work with. November 5th, 2025, installation was professional and installer knew the answer to every question asked. Installation was done in under 4 hours, including training. Training was thorough and easy to understand. We would recommend this company.
I wish I could give 101 Mobility 10 stars. From the very first phone call with Virginia to the final installation with Eli, this company has gone above and beyond. I needed a chair lift installed on very short notice and Virginia was able to squeeze in a home evaluation the next day. Rodney was right on time, measured everything and took photos.
