The service from Rusty was excellent! Communication with their office very good. The only request I would make is that they find a way to provide service at a more reasonable rate. I’m a “Senior” and the charges are painful. Thank you.
101 Mobility came through when I needed them. I contacted them on fairly short notice for a wheelchair ramp to access a stage for a graduation ceremony. 101 was communicative, responsive and made the whole process easy. I would definitely use them again in the future.
The technician arrived in time and was able to complete the service appointment on time. I have had the lift for about 2 years and it works so well, no problems at all. I would highly recommend 201 mobility for their products and services.
