The technician arrived in time and was able to complete the service appointment on time. I have had the lift for about 2 years and it works so well, no problems at all. I would highly recommend 201 mobility for their products and services.
Rusty is fast and very very pleasant person. This was his 2nd time from 3 years ago. He left me a good impression and now the same.

Rusty was wonderful, friendly and efficient. He answered all of my questions, took the time to demonstrate and did a fantastic job installing. I would definitely recommend him and 101 mobility to whoever is interested.
Rusty was fantastic! he was punctual. outside of the fact that I now have two grab bars. You’d never know anyone was in the house. Everything was handled beautifully, and I would certainly recommend them to anybody that needs grab bars! an absolute wonderful Co. to do business with!
