Staff was very friendly, they went out of their way to accommodate us due to we needed emergency installation, would recommend this company to everyone, we are extremely satisfied with our ramp and platform
They are professional talkers, but they don't deliver professional work. They are sweet talkers. I recommend that you don't get any service from them. They did two projects at my house. The staircase lift had two missing parts; one of them was the most important, which was a steel plate underneath the seat. I called Bruno Company in Wisconsin, and they delivered it to me. I was used to checking the stair lift once a week for the safety of my parents, and I noticed the seat was cracking. When I spoke with Bruno, they said 101... read more
