Mobility 101 is an excellent company to work with. They installed a Bruno stairlift in my home that works perfectly making what is a two-story residence now effectively a one-floor layout for those with mobility impairment. Sales, admin and installation all went smoothly. I highly recommend.

My stairlift is constantly having issues these people sending technicians out there’s clearly do not know what they’re doing now my chair is working worse than what it was. I’m going back-and-forth and I’m sick and tired of this. It was not installed properly or correctly because it should not be making all this noise and shaking and then you can clearly see that it’s absolutely loose and it feels like I’m gonna be coming off like this gonna come apart on the steps my banister hasn’t been prime. Professional talkers but yet work quality is poor. Having trouble with my stair lift very loose makes noise skipping tracks making me wait long for appointments to fix situation with.
