We recently purchased two stairlifts from 101 Mobility (Mississauga) – one for inside our home and one for the outside. During this time, we worked closely with John, Dyan and their team. They were professional, courteous, caring and responded quickly to questions and issues. We did experience a couple of issues with the stairlifts during the install, but John and Dyan responded immediately (pulling out all of the stops) and had everything completely resolved in less than a day. Elevator went in, looks great and the installation crew were professional and friendly. Would absolutely recommend this product and company to install it.
Incredible people to work with ! On the first phone call Dyan had understood my needs, recommended a chair lift, given me a competitive quote and set an installation date within a week. Other companies were unable to give me a quote within a week. Installation was two or three hours. There has since been follow up. I can't imagine any other company managing this process any better. Needless to say, I would highly recommend them.
I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. They also met my tight timeline to have it installed. I highly recommend 101 Mobility to anyone who want to install a stair lift.
We have used 101 Mobility several times for annual elevator maintenance with no issues. My husband is dependent on our home elevator, and it recently stopped working late one night with no warning. Dyan responded first thing in the morning, rearranged Sasa's service schedule to accommodate us. Sasa showed up, and diagnosed the situation.
