This company installed a Stiltz elevator in our condo recently. The complete experience from the time John Grant and his team visited for an assessment to the installation and actually using the elevator was great. 101 Mobility use excellent contractors for all the prep work and his personal team did an excellent job installing and training us how to operate and maintain the elevator. I would recommend them highly for any mobility needs.
We had a great experience with 101 Mobility. The initial visit was great where they walked us through the process and answered all of our questions about how the stair lift would fit into our front hallway. When it came from installation the team of two were so professional and knowledgeable and walked my mom through how her new stairlift worked and what to do when common things happen. 1O1 installed our Stiltz home elevator in record time - two weeks from ordering to final installation. At no stage was there any mess in the house - a clean procedure. John the owner of 1O1 was fast in his responses, quick and honest about what to expect. The elevator cost us less than what a move to a bungalow would have been. I was recently put in touch with Motion with regard to replacing a handbrake on my manual wheelchair. Nnenna was excellent in keeping me informed during the process and booked an appointment for a technician to come to my home. Kathan was the technician who replaced the brake. He was super friendly and replaced it quickly on April 10th. I was thoroughly satisfied with how expediently the request and replacement were completed. Thanks kindly.
