It was a very nice experience. When choosing what I needed everything was explained to me so that I got exactly what I needed. When the guys came to put it in they were very competent and experienced, getting it done in a relatively short period of time. There had just been a big snowstorm and one of them even shoveled out my driveway which was so appreciated and a very kind thing to do.
Put the chair lift in 2019. Kept my husband in the house for an additional 4 years. Now I use it for me, laundery and birdseed. One problem with quick and professional response.
Our experience with 101 Mobility was positive from beginning to end. Friendly, knowledgeable technicians diagnosed our problem with our mobility chair, and installed a new one quickly. I highly recommend this company!!
Installer was very efficient. Also very pleasant to work with. He was accommodating. If I ask for a couple of very minor things he would do them. We are very satisfied with the product and the way the company treated us. Highly recommend.
