Jon and Dalton were professional and friendly, determined quickly the relay switch was stuck, with a couple of taps the chair was working again.
Dalton was excellent and very helpful with our questions. He did a great instalation for us!
We had friends tell us about a good experience having 101 Mobility install a chair lift system on their stairs. We made a call to their office in Overland Park, Ks. A rep came to our house and gave us a firm quote for our installation. Our install was scheduled & completed in less than 2 hours by a very experienced technician. The price we paid was the price quoted. The technician demonstrated how to operate the chair lift & explained our warranty. We highly recommend this company. DeSoto Ks 6/6/25
Promptly scheduled a visit. Technician arrived on time and after hearing about the chair glide not functioning,,he said he has a simple fix that might work, so he spent time cleaning the rail and checking the lift. His simple fix saved me $800!!
