The folks at 101 Mobility are awesome! They were so helpful right from the first phone call. 9 months later, we had an issue with a preused lift we had purchased. I called on a Saturday and a real person answered and she knew enough about the product to be helpful and when she handed me off to a technician, he helped me troubleshoot the problem on the phone and we were able to fix the issue without any hassle whatsoever. Easy install and purchase. Bought for husband's disability, but I use it too! Everything works great. Allows us to remain in our home. Highly recommend 101 Mobility.

We used 101 Mobility of Houston recently after an accident that prevented my husband from going to our 2nd story Master bedroom and bathroom. After calling them, they set up an appointment to come and evaluate and explain what and how they could assist us. We were able to schedule the meeting very quickly, and found them very informative on what they could provide. We put in a full chair lift. They installed it in one day. I want to tell you that working with Chris was a pure pleasure! She listened and with me sending her pictures of my stairs was able to give me a price over the phone! I wanted to replace my carpet on the stairs before the lift was installed and after the carpet was done she was able to schedule the installation within days! Aaron and Casey came out and were awesome. Very respectful of our home and let me know exactly what the steps were and how long it would take.
