The nicest people you could ever meet and they are easy to work with
Easy to reserve, pick up, and return needed scooter.
I'm actually reviewing their effort of a few years ago when they did a good job. This time when I called requesting s service call I didn't get a response for several days. When I called a second time I was told their scheduler was out sick & they were working with the owner to get my issue resolved. A week after the initial call a serviceman arrived & fixed the device immediately. Hope this helps.
