We had an outstanding experience with 101 Mobility. Landon Honeycutt came to our home last minute to service and repair our elevator before an appraisal, and his professionalism, knowledge, and work ethic went above and beyond our expectations. We’ve worked with multiple elevator companies, and 101 Mobility is by far the best. A big thank you as well to Josh Hoffman for coordinating everything seamlessly and ensuring we had the right parts, service, and documentation. Highly recommend!

Filled out their online form to get some information and a quote. Never got any response other than an automated reply to call their office. Called twice and after waiting on hold for almost 10 minutes with a recording telling me that my call was first in line. Eventually the recording said no one was available. Left a voice mail with what I was interested in and requested a call back. Waited two more days a got a voice mail with NONE of my requested information and a gal telling me I should call THEM back!
