The technician was very polite and found the problem immediately. He was able to fix the chair quickly and it works great now.
I cannot fully express how pleased I am with the stair lift and the overall service I received from 101 Mobility. Gabby Luna was the person I dealt with to place the order. She was compassionate with my situation, very friendly, and completely professional. Doug Bolt was the installer and he was superb! Issues with our chairlift required two visits to complete because parts were required which had to be ordered from the manufacturer. However, once the parts ere acquired, total service time for both visits, were less than two hours. The Service Technician was able to pinpoint both problems within 20 minutes of the first visit, resolve one of the issues during the initial visit, and complete full replacement of all wheels within an hour on the second visit.
