Today after 9 years of working great my Bruno chair lift stopped working. I called at 8:30 am when they opened and left a message it was returned right away and service was scheduled that same day between 11 am and 3 pm. Jordan arrived at 10:30 am and professionally found my problem as worn motor brushes and worn out batteries. the chair was repaired and back in service in about an hour. the parts was fair priced and after a google search I could not have went out on my own and purchased batteries any cheaper. I just received my Bruno power chair lift, and I must admit that it was less involved than I expected. Diego installed it really fast and efficiently. He was very courteous and informative. He answered all my questions and carefully explained all of the functions of the lift. I am very pleased with the results! Thank you Diego!
