I compared 101Mobility with several other companies. This was the best in value and what we needed. The installation was excellent as well as the knowledgeable installer. The unit is easy to use. We needed a chairlift quickly and from the moment I called them to request one it was installed within a couple of days. That was a great relief! My mom has been using it and it is wonderful if we didn’t have it she would have to climb 15 steps. They were very nice and very helpful. I would recommend them.
I was in need of a ramp to facilitate my wife immobility. The owner Don Wilcox came out to my home the same day I called and assessed the situation. After I decided to have the ramp installed, it was only one day later that Tyler arrived and installed a wonderful ramp. It is a game changer. Easy to discuss options and order. Tyler did a terrifc job installing the ramp and a grab bar in the bathroom. He was very cheerful and easy to talk to. I will be using their services for other options in the future. Very happy with whole process.
