Update 3/12/2026 - The company called me back this morning. They owned that the mistake was on their side and apologized. The reason for lack of follow up once they explained it was very understandable. They have done everything to make this right and will be out to do the install this Monday 3/16. Very pleased with the outcome and how this company owned and made this right. I will recommend them in the future. Very pleased with the entire process from sales call to installation
Today after 9 years of working great my Bruno chair lift stopped working. I called at 8:30 am when they opened and left a message it was returned right away and service was scheduled that same day between 11 am and 3 pm. Jordan arrived at 10:30 am and professionally found my problem as worn motor brushes and worn out batteries. the chair was repaired and back in service in about an hour. the parts was fair priced and after a google search I could not have went out on my own and purchased batteries any cheaper.
