I just received my Bruno power chair lift, and I must admit that it was less involved than I expected. Diego installed it really fast and efficiently. He was very courteous and informative. My chairlift stopped working on a Saturday afternoon. I called for a repair or new batteries ,and the friendly customer service representative called me back right away on Monday morning. She rescheduled a group of her workers to come and diagnose my chair problem that very afternoon.The chair needed new batteries,and the chair started working by 4:30P.M.that afternoon.
