leased a stair lift from them- thought it would be a short term need- they were very understanding and accommodating and helped us decide our next options. Not pushy "sales oriented" but we were able to use the money paid towards the purchase of the unit and they even came out and rechecked the unit and replaced the seat and arm rests that had been worn over time-
101was very responsive to our needs. Seth, our installer, worked with my husband to achieve the optimal chair height. He was very kind, professional, and made sure the stairlift met our needs. He was very neat and his work area was clean when he left.
Very professional and helpful people. Everyone we worked with was super helpful in recommending options and going through the details to figure out what was best for our situation. The installation was done exactly as expected, and they went above and beyond to finish our project quickly. Would highly recommend the service!
