Working with 101 Mobility was an all around positive experience in purchasing a stairlift. I found the staff to be exceptional. Mike was extremely thorough in assessing my needs and explaining the entire process, while Andrew handled the installation and explained every detail of operation, maintenance and safety issues. It was a pleasure working with these guys. Not to mention Briana who was on top of her game keeping the ball rolling. I will definitely use 101 Mobility for any of my future needs.
I’m stuck in a wheelchair the location in mentor was supposed to come out and fix my chair I’m stuck upstairs in my house it been a week I scheduled appointment for today the told me someone will be here from 11-1 to then they said this afternoon and now there closed very unprofessional and non-organized and mind u this isn’t the first time.
We very much appreciated the attention that Seth gave our problem. He was attentive and sincerely cared about the outcome of his work. We loved meeting him and very much are thankful for his work.
leased a stair lift from them- thought it would be a short term need- they were very understanding and accommodating and helped us decide our next options. Not pushy "sales oriented" but we were able to use the money paid towards the purchase of the unit and they even came out and rechecked the unit and replaced the seat and arm rests that had been worn over time-
