From beginning to installation the staff was cordial, efficient and effortless to deal with. Everyone is much appreciated and my husband loves the Bruno Elan stair lift! Thanks so much!
All was good from getting a quote through installation and instruction for use. Everyone was helpful, very polite, and prompt in communicating throughout the process.
Our installation was flawless. It was scheduled for 1/26 but we received a call for an installation on 1/23 which we were happy to accept. The gentlemen that installed our stair lift were efficient, kind and very thorough in explaining how the lift was to be operated. We would be glad to give them a 10+. They told my husband that they were very happy to be employed by 101 Mobility.
So far, really loving the stair lift, so nice to have half my house back! The crew was great, very efficienct and very nice. If their service (when needed) is as good as the installation, I'll be a happy camper.
