My mother recently passed and had to do the task of cleaning out her house. I was on a tight schedule and needed things done fast. Emily was so great and professional at fitting me in on her already full schedule. She took time to figure out how to do it , this is a rare quality in customer service nowadays. GREAT COMPANY!!
Door opener install went very smoothly. Installer very kind and caring. It works very well for my needs.
Joe and Felipe did a great job repairing my stair lift. They called ahead to tell me they were on the way and checked everything thoroughly. They tested the batteries on both stairlifts. The women in the office were also very helpful with scheduling this appointment and following up when the schedule changed. Thank You!
I am very pleased with my 101 experience. Nathan the installer did a great job and Mat the electrician did a creative and neat job.
Great work on a ramp we had installed. Very responsive and kept us informed throughout the entire project.
