(Update) Once my previous review was addressed, the company called and got us scheduled right away. The tech that came was excellent and patient and stayed until the job was done. I updated the review to reflect this because I do believe in being fair. There was a delay in scheduling, but once we did get on the schedule, it was repaired quickly and professionally. A good experience from beginning to end. Very responsive to questions during my research. You can buy an elevator from various companies. The installation is the most important part. 101 hit a home run with Daniel ,Darwin and team . Very impressed.

I started using 101 Mobility several years ago when my husband needed assistance to get up and down the steps outside. So we rented a chair lift. We had excellent service when we needed to keep the chair lift working. When we started having problems getting him off the chair and into a wheelchair to go to the car, we looked into the ramp. 101 Mobility provided a ramp that worked for us and we have been using it ever since. This has been a great investment and the staff have been great to work with.
