I started using 101 Mobility several years ago when my husband needed assistance to get up and down the steps outside. So we rented a chair lift. We had excellent service when we needed to keep the chair lift working. When we started having problems getting him off the chair and into a wheelchair to go to the car, we looked into the ramp. 101 Mobility provided a ramp that worked for us and we have been using it ever since. This has been a great investment and the staff have been great to work with.
I can honestly say that working with 101 Mobility has been a such a pleasure! They took such great care of every detail to install a stair lift for my 88 yo mother. They communicated with me regarding all details from sales with SuZanne to Thomas our installer to make sure everything was covered. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend this wonderful company and their awesome employees!
Excellent customer service both pre-sale and installation. Suzanne was very helpful and answered all my many many questions. She even arranged for mean to contact five customers in which I called three and got very positive ratings. She also arranged for me to see a stalled unit near where I live and take a Test drive. Installation was timely and Josh did a fantastic job and was very courteous. All in all the Bruno unit exceeded our expectations. It’s now been six months since we had it installed and we are very, very happy.
Yesterday was challenging for my wife whose vertical platform lift wasn't working. We needed to leave to meet friends out of town, and my wife somehow managed to get down the two steps from the house level down to the garage level. On our way to meet friends, we called 101Mobility for help. They quickly put two people in touch with us, each of whom suspected the same issue causing the problem.
