Max was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and was very patient in trying to explain everything to everyone.
Great experience. We initially got the stair lift installed back in 2019 and since we're selling our house now we had it uninstalled and moved to our neighbors house. This was an awesome experience very easy to take care of And the staff was awesome
Great experience with the team from 101 Mobility. Price was competitive, appreciated the on-site visit before installation, installation went smoothly. We appreciated the patient and thorough training we received from Max. My parents love their new stairlift.
Fantastic installer. Very informative and patient. The stair lyft is a life saver. I wish I had purchased it sooner. 101 Mobility is a great company to deal with. Based on my experience, they were very price competitive.
Main panel bent during installation and still having issues. Been a couple years and no follow-up on satisfaction.
