When my dad fell down the stairs in his house and broke his back, we needed to install a stairlift so he could get upstairs. We worked with Sarah from 101 Mobility. She came to the house and answered my many questions (including follow ups) and we settled on a Handicare lift. We were happy with the installation and the lift itself. We had a problem in which the plug accidentally came out and the battery would not recharge - despite only being a month old. Ok, we paid for a new battery and house call - $300. Angela, and the owner Hamilton were so kind in assisting me. My mom had to move to assisted living which is costly for me. Removing the 2 chairs were taken care of gratuitously and I'm very grateful.

101 Mobility was tasked to remove and store a Bruno stairlift as they were the original installers. The office contact, Angela, is the soul of courtesy and was prompt in responding to our calls and questions. The tech team of Jake, Troy and Anthony for the most part executed and completed the task as needed. Once completed we did notice the hardwood floor at the base of the stairs was gouged during the rail removal. Great experience, from meeting with the sales representative, order, delivery and installation. Everything was straight forward and effortless, now my wife can now get up/down to the lower level in our home sewing area. Thank You!
