We had 101 mobility install a wheelchair lift on our house in 2021. The lift has been inoperable for several months at a time forcing my 93 year old mother to be a prisoner in her own house. She is a diabetic and is on blood thinners requiring monthly blood monitoring, she has had to cancel numerous doctor appointments which puts her health at risk.
