I have left 3 messages for this clinic and despite their promise to return calls they NEVER DO. my friends have tried as well. My dr sent over a faxed referral and no in at this clinic has acknowledged receipt. I now have to drive 45 minutes to go in person to confirm this. This is absolutely DISGUSTING APPALING BEAHAVIOR and we have been left with no choice but to contact the Ontario College of physicians for assistance. The receptionist with the blue glasses at this doctor’s office is unprofessional and unwelcoming. From the moment you walk in, you feel like an inconvenience rather than a patient. She is dismissive, curt, and lacks basic courtesy. Questions are met with attitude, and there’s little effort to communicate clearly or help patients understand next steps. I do not know how this woman is still employed considering the multiple other reviews about her.
All the staff is extra friendly and helpful. Our family doctor Dr. Chan is very attentive and professional. Thank you!
