I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Neger. On two separate occasions, appointments were significantly delayed. The first time, I waited 45 minutes due to a mistake made by the front desk. The second time, Dr. Neger himself nearly 55 minutes late without any proper communication or consideration for my time. I have left 3 messages for this clinic and despite their promise to return calls they NEVER DO. my friends have tried as well. My dr sent over a faxed referral and no in at this clinic has acknowledged receipt. I now have to drive 45 minutes to go in person to confirm this. This is absolutely DISGUSTING APPALING BEAHAVIOR and we have been left with no choice but to contact the Ontario College of physicians for assistance.
