It's not possible to make an appointment with a doctor at all, I call and no one picks up the phone. Do I have to go in person to make an appointment?
101 Medical is one of the best in town! High professional staff, The receptionist had to stay after working hours to be sure that lifelabe received the requisition and called me 3 times just to make sure everything went well! Dr. kate change is so great, Highly recommend.
I booked my appointment a month ago, and they canceled it 5 hours before. Such an unprofessional service
My husband has made two appointments with this clinic to see a specialist and they have cancelled both times and he booked time off work for both. The first cancellation they said, was related to the weather when there was an inch of snow in the forecast and the second was because he didn’t confirm his appointment when we were out of the country. I usually never leave bad reviews but honestly I feel like Im doing the right thing by warning potential patients about this clinic. Clinic staff never picks up the phone, and Dr. Ruben has very poor bedside manners. He is rude and cuts you off when speaking.If you need help with referrals to specialists or MRIs do not see this doctor. He would rather "be right" than send you to someone more knowledgable than him.
