I was very excited about my manufactured home project and had done a lot of research into the requirements. Found a home and land within budget. I only needed to discuss construction costs with a professional contractor. Unfortunately this contractor destroyed our plans before we could even begin. We set a time to meet while I was at work and took a break. She did not text me to cancel our appointment until hours after the time. I hired Permit Runner to help me with the daunting paperwork involved in getting a building permit to install a manufactured house on raw land I had purchased in Pacific County. TL:DR: 101 General Contracting is the most responsive and professional general contractor I've ever worked with. Reach out and you won't be disappointed. I have to admit, I've struggled for months to find a reputable general contractor who was responsive and willing to give a bid on my project. I'd have contractors show up and say they want the job, but would just disappear never to be heard from again.
