I arrived on time for my smog appointment and was greeted sourly by a man asking me what I wanted. When I stated I that I had an appointment for smog I was given a card to fill out. Once the form was completed I was directed to a waiting room. Fifty minutes later I went to see what the delay was only to find two men next to a computer monitor by my car inside a test garage bay.
