Overall, my experience was just okay. They did a good job fixing my door, and I have no complaints about that. However, when they returned my car, the interior was extremely dusty—there was dust all over the seats, dashboard, steering wheel, and other surfaces. When I brought it up, they told me they don’t do detailing and that the car had been parked for two extra days, which is why it got dusty. Great guys
Our Tesla model X got rear ended and we took it to 101 collision center. It’s took around 2 weeks for the entire repair and they did amazing job. Joe guided us every step of the way and cannot them them enough. The car looks brand new.
The team here does excellent work. My car looks good as new! Chris in particular, as my point of contact, was a true professional and ensured that the process went smoothly and kept me updated throughout.
