This place is overpriced for what is offered. There is such a lack of sound insulation: you can hear the upstairs footsteps, and even drawers opening and closing in the bedroom and kitchen. I have to wear ear plugs every night. You can even hear the people next to you walking or opening/closing their drawers. You have to pay for water and the “underground” parking isn’t fully covered; the open windows allow snow to come in and cover your car. They will try to increase your rent every year. The building manager (Jeison) and all staff are extremely attentive to details, and the building is always very clean and well organized. On snowy days, sidewalks are cleared very early in the morning, and there is always a company vehicle regularly passing by to keep the parking lot free of snow. Everyone from the staff is consistently polite, professional, and ready to help whenever needed. Another great asset is the excellent sound insulation in the apartments. I lived at this building for one year and had a great experience! Jeison, the property manager, is always incredibly helpful and friendly. The building is well maintained and any requests were always promptly answered.

The building manger will imitate your signature!! Be careful about everything you signed! I am now heading to a legal sector for support for this issue! This is criminal behavior!!! The company will charge you cleaning fee after you move; even after you cleaned the unit. They have their own standards about cleanliness. There are many things to complain when dealing with the building manager. When I lived in the unit, I complained about the marijuana odor and the building manger called me and asked me to shut up.
